I had to reach out to customer service about my order, which I was checking on during my lunch break because I kept forgetting to do it earlier in the week. They got back to me faster than I expected, and the reply was clear enough without sounding robotic. Everyone was friendly, too, which always helps when you’re already a little annoyed about having to message support in the first place. It did take one extra back-and-forth to fully sort things out, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but overall they were responsive and seemed like they actually wanted to help. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Felt a bit misled by the selection"
I was expecting way more options based on how the site made it seem, but the product range was limited. I couldn’t even find some basic styles I thought would definitely be there. i felt a little misled and ended up leaving the site quickly.

I used the order tracking on elielouis.shop and it was actually close most of the time. It updated whenever the package moved, and my delivery showed up on the same day it said it would. One update came in kinda late, but overall the tracking worked well.

They did end up fixing it, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I was hoping. Maybe it was just a busy time or something, but the delay was a little frustrating.

I found the site confusing to use. Stuff was loading slow, and I kept having to click back and try this or that just to find basic information. The checkout part didn’t feel very smooth either. After a while, I just got annoyed and gave up before placing an order.

I ordered from elielouis.shop expecting something easy to wear, but the fit was so uncomfortable. It was weirdly tight in some areas and loose in others, almost like the sizing was all over the place. I only had it on for a few minutes before getting annoyed, which was just unexpected stress I really didn’t need over clothing. Definitely not comfy and not what I was hoping for. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The shop itself looked totally fine, and placing the order was simple. I was kind of already halfway through checking out when I thought, wait, let me look at the return policy just in case. That part took me a bit to figure out. Some of it felt a little unclear, especially around who covers return shipping and how long the whole thing usually takes. Not a huge issue or anything, but I do wish it had been written more plainly before I bought.

The return process was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I felt like I had to beg just to get basic help, and it left me resentful about the whole experience.

I want to be fair, the item itself seemed fine, but the sizing was way off for me. It runs very small, so I’d definitely recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes or expecting a normal fit.

"Not great for what it costs"
I expected better. Especially for the price. The stitching looked kind of rough right out of the box, and after using it for a short while, the seams were already starting to come loose. Just felt disappointing overall.

My order arrived damaged right in the box. I sent over photos like they asked, but never got a proper reply or any real help. Frustrating and I definitely won’t be ordering from Elie Louis again.

"Pretty good communication, just a bit slow once"
I had a decent experience with elielouis.shop. Nothing dramatic. I had a couple questions, sent them over, and the replies I got back were actually clear. Like, easy to understand. No weird runaround.
There was one time where I waited longer than I expected. Not forever, but enough that I noticed. I was kind of checking back like, okay, did they see this? But they did respond eventually and explained what I needed to know.
So yeah, overall I’d say the communication was good. Friendly enough, clear enough, just not always super quick. I’d give it 4 stars for that reason.

I was about to order from elielouis.shop, but the payment page gave me pause. It looked bare, and I didn’t see much about how my card info was being protected.
Could be totally fine, but I backed out before paying. A clearer note on security and payment options would help a lot.

"Refund is taking forever"
I’m still waiting on my refund after two weeks, which is frustrating. I get that these things can take a little time, but this feels way too long. Also, the lack of updates doesn’t help, because I keep checking and nothing changes. Just wish it was handled faster.

I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and it took longer than expected to get a reply. When they finally responded, the answer felt generic and didn’t actually solve much. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better support. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair since the issue still wasn’t properly handled.

I’m frustrated. I placed my order weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting with no real update. At this point, I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. The shipping has been RIDICULOUSLY slow.

I ordered from elielouis.shop thinking it looked decent from the photos, but I feel stupid for trusting them. The quality was nowhere near what I expected.
The item felt cheap right away, the stitching was messy, and the material looked noticeably different from what was shown online. I used it once and it already started looking worn out, which is ridiculous.
For the price, I really thought it would be better. I’m disappointed and annoyed with myself for buying it in the first place. Definitely would not order again.

Just speaking from my own experience, the website design didn’t really work for me. The layout felt a bit all over the place, the text wasn’t easy to scan, and the overall look seemed outdated. I personally didn’t feel very confident sticking around on the site for long.

"Just didn’t sit right with me"
I took a look at elielouis.shop, and maybe I was just in a cautious mood, but the whole site kind of made me uneasy. Nothing jumped out as super convincing, and I couldn’t find enough clear details to feel comfortable placing an order.
It might be totally fine for someone else, but I personally wouldn’t feel great spending my money there. I’d rather stick with a store that has more reviews, clearer info, and just gives off a more trustworthy vibe.
